Monthly Computer Support and Maintenance Contracts
We understand the varying sizes of businesses and
the constant constraints on IT budgets. With this in mind we have
designed three membership packages for you to choose from.
Bronze
One of our highly experienced engineers will visit
once a month to give your site a network health check. They will
check your backups are running without failures, your antivirus
software is up to date and any new Microsoft patches will be applied.
Also if there are any minor problems with pc’s or printers
we will endeavour to fix them. At the very least we will advise
a solution for you.
You will also receive telephone and remote support
from engineers to try to solve any network or user problems.
You also receive a heavily reduced rate
on any further work required for upgrades, new software or even
site moves.
Silver
Same as the Bronze service plus
Should you need us to make a site visit
to fix a problem, then 1 hour is included in this membership per
month. This totals up to 12 hours of on site support per year and
can be used at any time during the year. This could be planned to
upgrade servers or build new computers.
Gold
Same as the Bronze service plus
Should you need us to make a site visit to fix
a problem, then 2 hours are included in this membership per month.
This totals up to 24 hours of on site support per year and can be
used at any time during the year. This could be planned to upgrade
servers or build new computers.
We will also regularly monitor your network remotely to ensure your
system is not developing or experiencing problems. You will be advised
should we find anything.
Also we will have an engineer check that
your backups have been successful. Should there be any issues we
would advise a full backup to be run to safeguard your data.
