Acu IT Solutions offer both onsite and off-site computer services (we also offer collection & delivery! within Glasgow and surrounding area). Our maintenance technicians all offer the highest quality of workmanship and a wealth of knowledge on computer hardware and Computer Operating Systems. No matter the fault, and/or upgrade to your system you can rest assured our skilled technicians will solve your problem. We wouldn't offer a NO FIX NO FEE* service, if we were not completely confident in our Computer Technician teams' ability. This applies to both on-site and off-site Computer services. If your IT needs are ongoing and you like us preffer to take a pro-active approach to your computer systems maintenance, we also offer maintenance contracts to cover your entire IT infrastructure. |

| On-Site | One of our technicians will visit your premises personally and carry out the required computer repair and maintenance. | ||
| Collect & Return | We will arrange collection of your computer from your premises, complete any necessary computer repairs and maintenance and then return and setup your computer system. | ||
| On our premises | Simply drop of your machine to our premises and we will carry out any computer repair and maintenance work you require in our premises. | ||
| Monthly Service contracts | Mainly aimed at business users and those who require a pro-active approach to computer maintenance. One of our technicians will look after your computer systems. | Email Support and Remote Assistance Support | This method is very cost effective for a lot of Operating System problems. Simply email us your problem and we will help you solve your problem by email, Instant messenger, or log onto your computer using remote assistance. |
