Some common Questions our customers have recently asked

"xyz company have told us they will ship our computer system today will you?"
You may find many suppliers will offer the same or next day dispatch for a computer system we do not offer this service for 1 simple reason - we wont dispatch any system until all aspects of your made to order computer system has been rigorously tested by our compulsory 24 hour minimum burn-in test with diagnostics software testing every aspect of the system to its extreme and the results analyzed by our engineers. Therefore systems will take between 3-5 days before your computer will be considered as ready for dispatch from our premises.

"Systems seems more expensive than xyz why is that when both have same CPU?"
You may see lots of offers for cheap computers . Please bear in mind these computers are cheap for the simple reason they are using cheap lower quality components or end of line stock. We Don't and again this is one area that we will not compromise on as we believe you deserve better even if these other companies don't. Challenge : Please ask these companies to quote a price on a custom built computer system for you using the exact same QUALITY COMPONENTS as we use in ours and we believe you will be very surprised when you compare their price quotation and ours, especially when you consider the little extras they conveniently normally forget to mention to you which is normally VAT, Operating Systems, or Monitor (when required)

"How long is the warranty on computer systems?"
We offer an 18 month labour and 12 months components warranty on our computer systems

"You state you do not compromise on computer system components how can all your systems be individually tailored to my needs?"
Very true we will not compromise on the quality of components we will use within your computer system but that also allows for a large range of different products to choose from to fulfill your individual requirements.
