	Contacting a Manufacturer Tips
	It is possible to contact software and hardware maufacturers in numerous different ways. However, when planning to call or e-mail a computer hardware or software manufacturer please keep the below recommendations in mind.
	If you are calling for support on a particular product ensure you have all applicable numbers. For example the Serial Number and Model number of the particular device or computer. If you are calling for support for a computer product ensure you are next to the product in question incase trouble shooting or additional information is required off of the product. Have a piece of paper and pencil prepared incase you are given instructions or additional contact information. If you believe the product in question is faulty and needs to be replaced or repaired have all purchase information available. If you are planning on purchasing and/or the support call is fee-based have more then one credit card ready to be given over the phone.
