If your business has under 100 users or devices. We do not charge for onboarding and initial setup.
We charge per user and per device. We include 1 device with each user.
The per-user cost is to help take care of your users while they are at work and add them to our help and service desk. But we know many users have a different “endpoint” devices like laptops, desktops, etc.
To provide you with the highest quality of support service these additional “endpoint” devices have associated software and costs to support that device.
We don’t believe companies should be tied down with long multi year contracts as such, our Initial term is 6 months. After this period we work on a monthly rolling contract with 60 day notice period
