by Pressing the keys Ctrl + Shift + M this will mute your mic.

Your in luck MS Teams has a handy blur or change background feature. All you need to do is use the Ctrl + Shift + P keys all at same time and your background gets blurred or choose one of the many video backgrounds.

Turn it off by clicking the back arrow on the top left corner.

by pressing Ctrl + Equals sign ( = ) to zoom in or Ctrl + Minus sign (-) to zoom out

In the Teams client, click on your profile picture in the upper left-hand corner. Click on “Settings” and then “Do Not Disturb.” You can set the duration of the DND as well as who is allowed to contact you during that time.
