Our technicians will compile data on the damage and will provide you with a report and quotation for the repair. If we deem that your laptop/ipad/computer is beyond economical repair (BER), this will be stated on the report. If you need us to pick up the laptop we can do so within the Glasgow area, Fees should normally be recoverable from your insurance company.

We also provide photographic evidence where necessary.
